This aromatic and delicious delicacy of Gilgit Baltistan is prepared by mixing beef or lamb meat with chili, onion, and garlic. It is steamed in a multi-layer steamer for several hours. These dumplings are served with dipping sauce or ketchup.

2- Balay:
